Four and a Half Minutes

Larry Howse runs a successful boat business in Tacoma, WA. After driving home from a family meal with his two sons, Larry is killed in the parking garage of his apartment building in an upscale neighborhood. At first look, the case is a mystery for investigators with a baffling crime scene, no murder weapon and no eye-witnesses. Police have little to go on until a security camera reveals grainy footage of two mystery assailants. Can further surveillance footage reveal their identity?
