In this episode, the Judge rules on two cases. Up first, a German Shepherd digs under a fence, enters a neighbor’s house and kills their baby Macaw. The dog’s owner says they should have had a stronger fence. In the next case, a woman faces an uphill battle trying to collect on a loan from her granddaughter’s father.
