The Judge presides over two cases in this episode. In the first, after a five-month relationship, a man sues his ex-fiancée for the court max of 10K for the cost of a diamond engagement ring; she says she got drunk and likely lost it in a lake. In the second, after a woman suffers injuries in a car accident, she discovers her vehicle was not paid off; she sues the man who sold it to her.
